5. Accuracy statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
6. Physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the following information to our designated copyright agent:
1. Identification of removed material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
2. Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
3. Contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district where your address is located, or if your address is outside the United Kingdom, for any judicial district in which tralvona may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
5. Physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our service or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Processing of Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
1. Remove or disable access to the material that is alleged to be infringing.
2. Notify the user who posted the material that we have removed or disabled access to the material.
3. Terminate the account of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. The original complainant will then have 10 business days to notify us that they have filed legal action relating to the allegedly infringing material. If we do not receive such notification, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.
Misrepresentation
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. If you are unsure whether the material you are reporting is infringing, you may wish to contact an attorney before filing a notification with us.

We reserve the right to modify, alter, or add to this policy at any time. All users are encouraged to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of our service following the posting of changes to this policy will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
